What we collect
What you send us through our forms (name, email, phone, website address and your diagnostic answers) and the messages you send us on WhatsApp or by email.
What for
Only to reply to your request and, if we go ahead, to prepare a proposal. We do not sell or share your data.
Where it is kept
In our hosting provider's forms (Netlify) and in our email inbox. We measure site visits with Google Analytics.
The Travessa game
For the day's top, the game keeps a nickname it generates itself (never your name), the time, the boats, the sector and the answers to the lighthouses, with nothing that identifies you. If you ask for the free audit at the end of a business crossing, we keep the name, the business, the website (if you give one), the contact you give us and the permissions you ticked, only to contact you about that audit and, if you asked, to send you news. We only accept that request from people aged 18 or older. This data is kept in a database in the European Union (Supabase, in Paris) and also reaches us through our hosting provider's forms (Netlify), which notify us by email. It is deleted by 31 December 2026, unless we work together.
For how long
For as long as we need it to reply to your request and, if we work together, for the duration of that work and the period the law requires for invoicing. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by emailing [email protected]. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD).
